• On January, 9th  JSC «The Seventh Continent» announced about the increase of its share in the charter capital of the JSC “ProstoreMarket” (Minsk, Belorussia) up to the control share - 50% plus one share.
• On February, 9th  following the strategy of technologies modernization, service level perfection and the restyling program of the “Seventh Continent – Five stars” format the Company announced an opening of the new store “Gastronomy” in one of the most popular among Moscow citizens and gests Shopping Mall “Ohotniy Ryad” (Manegnaya ploshad 1).
• On March, 9th  JCS “The Seventh Continent” announced about purchasing 100% of the charter capital of JSC «The incorporated trading real estate». The total sum of the transaction makes 3 950 mn RUB. JSC «The incorporated trading real estate» owns 29 objects of trading real estate which are located in Moscow with total area approx. 68 thousand square meters.
• On March, 15th  the Company announced the establishment of the 100% subsidiary LLC “SCMO”.
• On March, 15th  As part of it’s regional expansion strategy, JSC “The Seventh Continent” announced about opening hypermarket “Nash hypermarket” in the city Chelyabinsk (Artilleriyskaja 136 str. Shopping moll “Gorky”). Total area of the hypermarket is 10, 6 thousand square meters, selling area is approx. 7 thousand square meters.

• On April, 26th JSC “The Seventh Continent” signed agreements with the “Tushir Group” covering the construction of 3 Shopping malls in the cities of Vologda, Petrozavodsk and Kostroma with total area of 150 thousand sq. meters.
• On May, 2nd JSC “The Seventh Continent” signed agreements with the JSC «Capital Insuranse» («Insurance Group Capital») on insurance of property and a civil liability. The insurance sum of the contract has made more than 350 million US dollars, validity of the contract - 2 years.
• On May, 26th JSC “The Seventh Continent” became the winner of the VI National Russian competition “Gold chains – 2007” and was announced as “The Best Supermarket chain”.
• On May, 28th JSC “The Seventh Continent” signed agreement with the “Stroymontage” covering the construction of a Shopping mall in the city of Novocherkassk with total area of 40 thousand sq. meters.
• On June,  JSC “The Seventh Continent” signed Strategic agreement with the “Tushir Group” on join projects development in Moscow and Russian regions.
• On June 21, 2007, MDM Bank placed JSC “The Seventh Continent”’s 5-year bonds with 1st coupon rate of 7.8% pa (02 series, registration number 4-02-00462-H dated 26/12/2006), raising RUB7 bn. The issue enjoyed strong demand from investors and was fully placed. MDM Bank acted as the organizer, underwriter and payment agent for the deal.
• On June, 26th JSC “The Seventh Continent” signed agreement covering the construction of a Shopping mall in the city of Yaroslavl with total area of 11 thousand sq. meters.

• On August, 16th JSC “The Seventh Continent” announced about soon opening of 2 stores in Perm.
• On July, 31, 2007 JSC “The Seventh Continent” has signed the USD 36 mn. facility Loan agreement with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) with 3-years maturity.
• On September, 27 2007 JSC “The Seventh Continent” has repaid to Dresdner Bank AG London Branch USD 31.8 mn. of the rest of the principal loan amount. The 2-year facility in the total amount of USD 90 mn. with interest rate of 7.25% per annum was acquired in September 2005. On 27 ^th of September 2006 the Company has repaid the first part of principal loan in the amount of USD 58.2 mn.

• On 8th of November as a result of the concluded contract Alexander Zanadvorov consolidated 100% of shares of JSC “7C-invest-holding”.
• On December 20^th  2007 JSC “The Seventh Continent” made coupon payment on bonds (02 series, registration number 4-02-00462-H dated 26/12/2006). Annual interest coupon rate is 7,8%. According to the terms of issue the coupon is paid semi-annually. Total amount of coupon payment comprised 272,23 mn. rubles.
• On December 21st  the Company declared its  present steps to Ural retail market and announced the opening  of it’s first  store in Perm  - “ The Seventh Continent – Supermarket” (Kuibisheva str.16.) and coming  soon opening of an hypermarket under  brand “OUR Hypermarket”.
