The Company on regular basis takes care of professional development and growth of the employees. In order to achieve it, special Centre of education was established, in which training is provided for staff of  "zero" experience and also training for raising qualifications of employees in different filds. For new employees there are programs of social-psychological and professional adaptation, that include "excursions" in the stores of the chain with the aim of familiarizing them with the working conditions, classes and training sessions ("Professional customer service - cashiers", "Fundamental principles of merchandising" and others). For those employees who change the subject of professional activity or their professional role in the Company, training is provided with an aim to help employees learn all the characteristics of new workplace and further training for learning additional professional knowledge and skills.
