  The major area of business is management of the stores under the brand "Seventh Сontinent-Gastronomy", "Seventh Continent - Five stars", "Seventh Continent - Universam", "Seventh Continent - Next door",  "NASH Hypermarket", "Prostore". JSC "Seventh Continent" is one of the largest national retail chains in Russia and the leader in the supermarket format on the Moscow market. The Company operates in two major formats: supermarkets and hypermarkets.

  We operate in two formats: supermarkets and hypermarkets.

• How many stores do you have and what are the regions in which they are located?

  As of the end of December 2009 the Company has stores in Moscow and Moscow region (121 supermarkets and 4 hypermarkets), in Kaliningrad region (10 supermarkets), in Belgorod (1 hypermarket), in Ryazan (1 hypermarket), Chelyabinsk (1 hypermarket) in Minsk, Belorussia (1 hypermarket), in Perm (1 supermarket and 1 hypermarket) and in Yaroslavl (1 hypermarket).

• What are the key financial results of the JSC "Seventh Continent"?

  According to the audited financial statements, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, in 2008 total revenues of the Company were 39 880 mn. rubles, net income 1 170 mn. rubles.

• What is the "Order and Delivery Service"?

  The company has its own “Order & Delivery Service” in Moscow and Moscow region. The assortment of the products is more than 12 thousand of food and nonfood products. The orders on delivery are made by the operator (777-777-9) or online on www.7cont.ru.

• What plans for expansion does the Company have?

  During the year 2010 the Company intends to open 3 hypermarkets in the new Vologda and Kaluga regions and 11 supermarkets in Moscow and Moscow region. Hypermarkets will be opened in Vologda, Obninsk and Reutov.

• Does the Company has its own Private Label?

  The Company has own Private Label under the brand "Nash product" and "The Seventh Continent". More than 1000 product ander this brands are sold in our stores.
